Wigan Civic Trust visits the Civic buildings, Millgate
Wigan Civic Trust are having a visit to the Civic Buildings at Millgate Wigan on 29th September 2pm.
Rosemary Jones, the manager, is going to show us around the newly refurbished buildings. The buildings were originally built for the council as offices in 1970.
